This is one of our most physically and visually comfortable chair designs – something simple and casual, constructed from elliptical shapes, with expansive, soft, curved seating supports. We wanted to create something that would be pleasing in any group arrangement, but which still retained the formal integrity that drives all our work. The recurrent elliptical motif extends to the shaping of the legs on the sculptural wooden base, and the design offers the comfort of a physical sprawl but in a compact footprint.
